What happens if I am running late and can’t pick up by closing?
While we do understand that life happens, and people run late. We don’t always have someone that can operate the computer here after hours. If you know you are running late you can always give the daycare a call and try to see if someone can stay after, otherwise we are happy to keep your pup here overnight. They will have a place to sleep, and food to eat while they board. Although if you don’t call by close we do automatically board dogs overnight.

Can my dog sleep in a kennel?
Here at Arbor Dog, we don’t have any kennels in our facility. If you believe your dog does better in a crate at night, we can try to see how your dog does in a crate inside/or outside of our large boarding room. Although, we do recommend trying them outside of a crate at night first because some dogs tend to get anxious knowing other dogs are outside of their crate. Our boarding is to help dogs feel at home which is why we have beds and couches for them to sleep on while boarding.
